Our apps are intended for general wellbeing, relaxation and personal-growth purposes only. They are not a medical device and do not provide medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, diagnosis or treatment.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following are prohibited:

• Using the services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• Attempting to access, alter or compromise the security of our systems;
• Reproducing, distributing or reselling our products without authorization.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

Some services may require creating an account and paying a subscription. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers (such as Stripe). By purchasing a paid service, you authorize the charge according to the selected plan. Prices, conditions and billing frequency are shown at the time of purchase.

5. Refunds and cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancelling.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

All content, branding, code and materials provided belong to Impulso en La Vida or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Our services are provided "as is". We strive to offer high availability and security, but do not guarantee the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the services.
